Rich Theatre KIDS!

Offered twice a year, our Rich Theatre KIDS! Workshop is a performance opportunity expressly for kids ages 7-12! Watch your kids’ confidence and imagination grow as they gain valuable theatre experience through this thoroughly creative workshop experience. With guidance and teamwork, students learn and perform a creative and engaging show using newly acquired skills. Come play with us!

We Thrive on Education!

During this performance opportunity, we’ll be learning:

  • Movement Choreography

  • Beat Work/Comedic Timing

  • “Yes, And-ing” as an Ensemble

Next Up: Imagine a Dragon (a new musical)

  • Once a week: Saturdays for 10 weeks

  • September 7th - November 10th, 2024

    **Dress Rehearsals Nov, 7th & 8th from

    6:00pm - 9:00pm

  • 2 Performances/Class

    • Cast A (9:00am - 10:30am class) - ENROLLMENT FULL

      • Saturday, November 9th at 2pm & 4pm

    • Cast B (12:30pm - 2:00pm class) - Still Spaces Left!

      • Sunday, November 10th at 2pm & 4pm

  • 12-15 student class size

  • Tuition: $450

  • Class location: Spring Branch Church (1500 N Great Neck Road)

Offering two classes for students:

  • Ages 7-12 | 9:00am - 10:30am (Cast A)*

    • our 9:00am - 10:30am class is full.

  • Ages 7-12 | 12:30pm - 2:00pm (Cast B)*

    • still a few spaces left! Join us!

      *If one class time does not meet enrollment size, we will ask if the other time slot is amenable.

Fall 2023 Toy Box Theatre production of the original work Sherlock!

Rich Theatre KIDS! is designed for budding artists ages 7-12. We enfold a curated curriculum into our twice-a-year workshop performance opportunity. Our goal is to select age-appropriate, uplifting shows that allow for a variety of subject training—building a character; understanding the basics of “yes…and” in improv; mastering story structure; and much more.
