Hannah Rosenfarb vocal instructor musical director

Hannah Rosenfarb

Vocal Instructor

Hannah Rosenfarb has been steadily training for the past 15 years, specializing in vocal pedagogy. Born and raised in Virginia Beach, she graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University as a vocal performance major and found that the key to all of singing is healthy vocal production. Her desire is to transform the voices placed in her care through the simple science of muscular development. She considers vocal health the pinnacle of her teaching methods, and is a firm believer in singing that maximizes the voice, and techniques that promote a healthy vocal instrument. Whether a singer has vocal nodules and needs rehabilitation, is first starting out and needing muscular vocal exercises, or has the strength they need but lacks the endurance to last a career, the foundation must first and foremost be from a pedagogical standpoint. Leading worship weekly for Beth Messiah Synagogue is a passion, along with continuing to foster community relationships from her three years as Program Director for Fox Music in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. She is currently working on her very first worship EP called “All I Need”, and can’t wait to share her love of music with her students.

Dr. Raschdorf earned a PhD in music education from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Music in Music Education from Old Dominion University. In addition to being a music educator for over 20 years (Teacher of the Year, 2005), Dr. Raschdorf taught ballet and modern dance at Academie de Ballet in Virginia, has been a featured vocal soloist (placing first at the 2009 NATS competition), and performed in local theater. Vocal Instructor, Private Actor Coach, Curriculum Developer

Taryn Noelle Nunley is an ardent actor, director, and playwright. Having recently graduated from Liberty University with a B.A. in Theatre Performance, and minors in Psychology and Cinema, her passions are clear: community, humans, and art. A lifelong resident of the 757, Taryn has grown up in local theatre since age four and is eager to pour into young lives with the same generosity she received. Taryn has had the opportunity to direct, coach, perform, and write for the stage throughout high school and undergrad. Her highlights include director of Pride and Prejudice at Young Musicians of Virginia, originator of the role Elizabeth Teass in Bedford Boys (ACTF recognition), and joint recipient of ACTF recognition for excellence in Dramaturgy as a lead writer of Decipher: An Unpenned Story of the Civil War. Taryn is ecstatic to share her training with Rich Theatre students!
